An authorized user can ask Northwatch about a machine. The diagnostic assistant works from evidence the user is allowed to see and can request only specific approved checks. The server—not the AI—decides whether a request is permitted.
Northwatch is not meant to replace an IT or security professional with an unexplained score. It is meant to help that person investigate faster, see the supporting evidence, recognize uncertainty, and make a better-informed decision.
The first-party AI diagnostic experience is part of the customer application now being built. Autonomous repair is not advertised as available. Any future change to a customer computer remains separately authorized by a human and recorded by the system.
