Implementation is scoped and priced separately through a project-specific Statement of Work. Project acceptance depends on technical fit, security requirements, scope, and current capacity.

- Start with the outcome. Tell Northwatch what is not working, who is affected, and what a successful result would change.
- Complete paid discovery. Northwatch documents requirements, dependencies, risks, security boundaries, feasibility, and the recommended technical approach.
- Review the proposal. If implementation is a fit, you receive a fixed-price proposal and Statement of Work defining deliverables, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, schedule, and price.
- Build and validate. Authorized work is implemented and tested against the agreed acceptance criteria. Material scope changes require separate written approval.
- Accept and deliver. The completed project is delivered with the documentation and handoff defined in the Statement of Work.
